Heartland Pride

Heartland Pride began as a task force in the fall of 2010. Today, Heartland Pride (United in Pride) is an IRS 501(c) non-profit, charitable organization. Our volunteers, board members, and committee chairs are comprised of proactive people from all walks of life. We understand the importance of including our allies in our journey and helping our communities keep the pride in Pride! We are committed to creating an inclusive environment, inspiring equality, celebrating diversity, and honoring the contributions of our vibrant community. We honor those who came before us and extend our gratitude to our allies. We welcome all who wish to give their time, talents, resources, and energy. With your help, anything is possible! Each year Heartland Pride hosts a series of community-based events, including the annual Pride Parade and Pride Festival in Omaha, NE, which features a vendor and organizational fair, along with the Pride Pageant and other fundraising events throughout the year.
