Portland Pride Waterfront Festival & Parade 2026. Waterfront Festival runs Saturday July 18, 12PM-8PM and Sunday July 19, 11:30AM-6PM at Tom McCall Waterfront Park. The Parade begins Sunday July 19 at 11AM from NW Broadway and NW Davis, marching east and ending at SW Harvey Milk St and Naito Parkway. Festival admission is free with a $10 suggested donation; VIP and Fast Pass options available.
